It is officially on. I am going to quit sugar. I don’t know about you guys, but I have been hearing a lot about this I quit sugar lady, Sarah Wilson, and I have decided to give it a go. My main issue is that her recipes are super high in calories! I am really concerned about how much food this woman is expecting me to eat. After reading her second book, she had suggested that calories are basically a waste of time (if you are like me you are probably hyperventilating) I am a calorie counting beast, so I am going to give this a try but I am going into it very aware that they want me to eat calorie dense foods. This is accompanied by a daily exercise routine (my dogs will be happy) and an illumination of snacks… I am nervous, but also excited. This is less for weight loss (although that would be a welcome element) and more for my over all health. I am really worried about my body and what is happening to it. I have gained so much weight and I am so unwell all the time, so something has to give. I am going to be keeping you posted with my weekly meal plans and updates on any weight loss. She warns you in the beginning of the book that you will feel like arse for the first 2 weeks, so that should be interesting. Wish me luck!
