Re-Starting The 100 Days of Yoga.

So I have sadly going to have to restart my 100 days of yoga. After my little health crisis and the medication I am on, I am simply not in the right head space to be actively practicing yoga. This has given me a slightly more open view of the process of doing 100 days of yoga. It is about making time for yourself. Now I have actually completed the 40 days of yoga while I was unwell but it was a challenge. It was a very awakening experience but still would have made a better impact without an illness.


Taking part in the 100 days of yoga is not about any physical desire, but the desire for understanding of how to serve our higher selves. When push comes to shove, it is very important to remember why you are taking part in this journey. What is the reason you come to the mat every day? Personally I am looking to serve my highest self. I want to be able to tap into my divine self and follow this to my higher calling. I will, as always, keep you posted on my progress, but seeing that I am now on my way to health I am hoping that I will actually feel better and want to come to my mat every day. The reason for my practice may evolve over time, but as long as you stay true to your true self then you can’t go wrong. You are the only one who can stand in your way, so make sure not to be your own down fall.
