Surrender Flow

I am super in love with Kisma and the Dark Yogi. They have some fantastic podcasts and other resources. I have recently downloaded their Little Book of Flows and I am currently practicing their divine surrender yin. I am really finding that this flow is helping me surrender to the divine forces. Although it doesn’t look like much, this is actually the flow for a hours class. They recommend holding each pose for between 3 to 5 minutes. While that doesn’t seem like too much at first glance, it is actually crazy hard! Especially Lizard pose. I have found it is fantastic for helping me with my development of Tapas (self-discipline) because I can tell you right now, I feel the burn during a few of these poses. I will keep you posted as I continue to explore these wonderful flows!
