This is a wonderful on the go snack! I love it!
Ingredients (makes 24):
1/4 cup cacao
3 Tbsp peanut butter
350g pitted dates
2 Tbsp raw honey
- Place the ingredients into a food processor and mix on high until combined.
- Once everything combined into a slightly bumpy mixture, transfer into a bowl cover with cling wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Once mixture is firm, roll into balls and place in an airtight container.
Each ball contains 89 calories.
