Cacao and Peanut Butter Balls

This is a wonderful on the go snack! I love it! IMG_5375

Ingredients (makes 24):
1/4 cup cacao
3 Tbsp peanut butter
350g pitted dates
2 Tbsp raw honey

Method:

  1. Place the ingredients into a food processor and mix on high until combined.
  2. Once everything combined into a slightly bumpy mixture, transfer into a bowl cover with cling wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Once mixture is firm, roll into balls and place in an airtight container.

Each ball contains 89 calories.
